Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The item delivered has a manufacturing defect (such as cracks, chips, faulty glazing, or structural flaws).
- The defect is reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
Please note: Refunds are not applicable for damages caused by mishandling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
